Talk to the previous owner if you can reach them, they will tell you stuff you may not want to hear but you should.

Discuss this "venture" with others in the same boat, or better yet, with those that were once in the same boat. They will tell you stuff you need to hear.

Then make a budget for repairs and maintanence, power bills, AC, etc.

Once that is done, double it for a real world situation. Then decide if you can cover that. The idea is to talk yourself out of it with the logical side of your brain, with at least enough doubt to offset the emotional pull to get this console.

Then you will have the big picture. You don't need a LFC to get "shitty".
