The Lavry is set to 88.2 or 96 KHz. It's connected to the Mutec MC4, which is an asynchronous D/D converter. It resamples the AES signal asyncronously to ADAT to whatever sample rate the UFX is set to. So both the Lavry and UFX are set as digital master... It works surprisingly well.
The Audient mic preamp is usally slaved to the UFX, but it acted as master this night because I didn't bring a long enough word clock cable. So for once, the UFX was set to slave to the ADAT2 input. Doesn't really matter that much, because the UFX sounds equally good in slave or master mode.
