yea you can still get the RIMS mounts for floor toms
drummaker.com has some for under $60, but no 15's with legs.
I may, in the future, grab a 15" top rim suspension mount, and mount it to an arm clamped to a ride stand.
no biggie for now though. The DW 4000 snare stand, lowered with the gibraltar clamp is working out just great. I just make sure not to tighten the stand too much so that i don't choke the drum.
