How small was the deviation, and how sync could you get it? I also have the Synccheck device, I checked the sync with a CRT as well, still off. So that's why I question the Quicktime sync, or actually the lack of, with Pro Tools (if you let the video run from within Pro Tools for a whole reel, for example for a viewing, it will drift out of sync slowly, I've witnessed this phenomenon many times and at different studios). And I have been told recently this should not happen when the Decklink gets video sync. With a Mojo I'd expect the output to be more sync but I would like to check it with the Synccheck to be sure.
