Edit: Yeah the monitors are fine I just noticed they're at ear level.

BUT...ur getting MAJOR reflections off that wall on ur left...from BOTH monitors. It looks like u have some kinda treatment ABOVE the monitors on that left wall...that should come down and be even with ur monitors so it can absorb their reflections. Get some treatment on ur ceiling too ^. An RFZ (reflection free zone?) should be made regardless of testing. Signal IS bouncing off ur ceiling and coming back at u. Measuring with REW is more for picking up the peaks and nodes and decay times created by the shape/size of ur room.

Around the same time u get REW and a mic, I would read the acoustics primer on these boards...it's a sticky I believe.
