I checked it and iy was spot on, took about 2 minutes in Operator. You can add a sawtooth wave at the top of the FM tree, set it at a ratio of 11, low amplitude and a really short envelope if you want to add a little click to it.

Just add a subtle bit crush and then slightly over limit it and it sounds exactly spot on. Maybe a short verb after the limiting.
