Download demos of massive or fm8 and sample the sounds.

Or, download the sylenth demo, ni demos, and whatever other plugs you see people using then learn one of them very deeply and buy it. You don't need 20 synth plugins to make a bassline.

Or yeah... Kvr.

Edit: I use polyIblit when I'm on other people's computers...
