Repeats will be dark, as they should be. For a darker return, switch the x'2 switch, that will lower bandwidth to 6k hz, more like a tape echo.
I used to use 2 of them back in the early 1980's. I would send one into the second, preset a 2~3 ms delay and sweep the other into it to do flanging. You would get 'over the top' flanging that way, sort of like what tape does. | Thanks Jim.
