This was full fledged commercial studio. The guy was in business for over 25 years. Tons of everything. Lots of mics, outboard, musical instruments etc.
I remember walking into the studio to pick up the final mixes of an album late last year and seeing at least 30 guitar amps and heads sitting in a closet that was open. The guy was a pack rat. Never got rid of anything.
