Jay Kahrs, that's really THE HORROR! It's really annoying when all the salesman should do is to shut up and crawl to the cross and say we messed up this big time, none of this is your fault. In fact we think this mistake was such a big issue that we want to give you an extra unit for free besides correcting all the faults in your current unit. We are really sorry about this...! Instead the salesman goes: No that can't be true, what did you do... and all of a sudden you are being thoroughly examinated which slowly turns into a painful contamination like the one that happened to you...!
