Yes, batch bank librarian uses (assuming they have fixed the librarian tagging issues) and...SEQUENCING.
I find sequencing the PolyEvolver in Soundtowers PolyEvolver sequencer 10x faster than using the hardware encoders. Things are graphically laid out so you don't have to rely on encoders.
