Is it possible to connect a 4 ohm amp (gretsch 5222 electromatic) to an 8 ohm speaker.

Also, is is possible to run the same 4 ohm amp into a 4 ohm speaker and an 8 ohm speaker simultaneously. Perhaps using a radial bigshot?

Perhaps a better idea is grab another 4 ohm speaker and run two 4ohm cabs in series? Parallel?

Basically, I'd like to run the 5222 through a 12" speaker. easy enough..

But, i would also like try sending the amp's signal into a 6" and 12" speaker at the same time..

any thoughts or suggestion are appreciated.
