The ZED will output MIDI control messages the way it states in the table in the manual. It's a fixed thing. That's not going to change. You push a button and it outputs the message on the FW into your computer.
So whatever is not working or random or sporadic has to be something in Logic. I would focus on that. |
That does make sense - except the Zed took literally about 100 goes to switch into it's Logic mode, so not 100% confident it's not something up with the midi being output from the desk all the same.
