anybody have experience with them? Any thoughts on one versus the other? I need more mics to mic up a drum kit fast and I cant afford the high end stuff but EV is a good name, so I'm going with them. I noticed that the pl 44 and pl 24 seem just a little more than musicians friend's 2 for 1 on the cobalt 4 mics.
I'm going to be keeping these on stands so handling noise isn't a huge deal, though it seems as if everyone says they are all pretty heavy. Regardless I want a bit of feedback on these Electrovoice mics. I'll input my own thoughts on them once I make a choice and receive them.
