However I wish the "I"ve got a studio and I'm gonna use it DAMN IT" brigade would also from time to time study some of the ideas put forward by composers and producers through the times regarding progression....
Sometimes the credo of "don't bore us, get to the chorus" shouldn't be taken literally but as an indication that instrumental / or chordal change doesn't mean that you've necessarily sold your soul to the Devil of commercial music.....
