I tend to just say "No" if something sounds terrible or "if you want this to sound crap it's your call but don't expect my name to be on the credits".. My last resort, useually doe's the trick
Lol If you only knew this client. I've done about 5 songs for him So far and I've learned he is very particular about what he wants. Sometimes he has great ideas, but when it comes to stuff like amp/tone choice he doesn't understand many things. He's determined to get what he wants however.
