This was my second attampt, I cracked the first one trying to make a mic hole. I made a second, and decided against the hole, since the one I'm using currently has one and I never use it. This is for mic'ing my '72 Champ, and blocking fan noise from my computer.
If this thing works out, I might make some more. I'm limited for space in my studio, so I like the fact it blends in. |
Cool! I'm curious to know how that turns out. While watching the Grammy's I noticed that the drummers/percussionists, horn sections, etc. all had clear baffles between them. Kind of figured that a clear material like plexiglass, etc. wouldn't have enough absorption of the high frequencies and would reflect back into the mics...
