Not sure. ask a separate Q on GS on how to make this sound. I've heard it before, it's a common sound. can't remember where. I think I've even come across it as a sample somewhere too.

btw, I think these band pass delays are also multitap.. each with their own delay, pan and band pass.
sometimes they might feedback into the other bands as well. so you get that repeated shaving off of lows etc.
