Anyone been involved / been in the audience during a recorded performance there that can provide info on set up, mics, room, etc.? What kind of piano is it?

I think a good live jazz album is way more fun to hear than any studio album. Getting it right off the bandstand with the energy of the audience, and overcoming the challenges of the live venue are what I dig.

I can tell you that the piano has changed over the years.

I'll ask around for info on the Benny Green date, but I doubt I can find out much about the Bill Evans sessions.
