Hi mate. I've made some wall mounted bass traps with chicken wire to hold it in. But that's not going to work for you, as it will sag. I suggest making cross frame (wooden) slats across the top. Make them a feature, as trying to hide them .. well, that's hard. An outline of a frame against fabric, will look worse than an asian, or Georgian looking frame over the top.
Just a thought.
