nope, mine was a stage model.
sure you can wind up resonance and get up there. but when i say shaven off, i don't mean no sound passes at all in HF range (like an extemely steep filter is set there). i mean the highs are attenuated compared to rest of the frequency spectrum, and progressively so going xtra high. as if a shelving eq was placed there.
when you play simple sounds on LP, with open filter, or filter env hitting max... and then do those on minimoog, sh2, source, se1x, jp8 or just about any other analog i had in the studio at the time, it is was obvious right away there's lack of spark, sizzle, liquid on LP.
whether this problem is created at the VCO level, the filter, or maybe in the output VCA stage, that i don't know.
