I spoke breifly with Empirical Labs earlier today. It's their day off but where gracious enough to answer a few quick questions.

I didn't get a chance to talk with Dave Derr so I don't have specific details (at least not until Monday anyway) but from what I was told the unit is working properly. Units with the British Mode installed (1:1 w/BM switch off) behave differently than the stock units in 1:1. Like I said, I won't have more details until Monday but I'll post a follow up in case anyone's interested.
