Choice about AES/EBU,FIREWIRE,Toslink Optical cables

I really need some suggestion!!
For the AES/EBU digital cables, which brand should I choose?
"Mogami 3173 AES/EBU" or "Apogee Wyde-Eye AES/EBU"??

Also, I need some recommend about the Firewire cables & Toslink Optical Cables, any good brand?
What about "RapcoHorizon"?
