Wow, that's crazy. I can imagine how that would be abused. You sell your used SSL for $30k, but then find out someone else sold the same model/condition for $40k, so what do you do? You call the cops!
Is there some % point from market value that this 'law' kicks in? How do they determine what is 'too cheap'??
