For used stuff online I tend to stick to ebay and I take the feedback and especially how long seller has been an ebay member into account.
That being said, if I had done all of that and still received gear that ended up stolen, how would I be dealt with if I was in Ireland? |
The crima is in knowingly receiving stolen gear. If you didn't know it was stolen then it's just taken off you and returned to the original owner. I think.
