When you locate the exact point where you want the track change to occur with the PT Cursor - with pt stopped, hit Enter over there by the number area of your keyboard and set a marker. Name the marker "1" where you want track 1 to begin, "2" where you want track 2 to begin etc. through your whole project. Also include a marker at the very end of your project where you eventually want your cd to stop. After this its time to bounce. Click on Marker 1(be careful not to move the marker by accidentally dragging it). Now shift+click on Marker 2. The area between markers 1+2 should now be highlited. Now bounce to disc. When it's done, click on markers 2+3 and bounce that. When you're done you'll eventually end up with a bounce folder containing 1, 2, 3 etc - All in order and ready to be dragged into Toast. It's basically the same idea that No SSL described, but the Markers will keep everything in it's right place - Kip style - Always and Forever.
