does anyone have advice on what to look for when house hunting for a great (or at least good to start with) acoustic space in a residential property?
I'm going to end up getting a 3-4 bedroom free standing house non-attached
from this thread I'm now thinking
high ceilings
first floor room (or basement with high ceiling)
approx 600-800 sq ft room
slanted ceilings/ non-parallel walls
sound isolation from street/neighbours
