Hmm. I could be wrong but I'm not sure that any kind of insulation will make a huge difference towards sound proofing. 703 or Roxul would definitely be better than regular pink insulation but there are a number of other things you can do that are way more effective - resilient channel, mulitple layers of drywall, floating rooms, staggered studs, etc. Check out this link for some general ratings on different construction techniques.
