Very happy here with my Grace lunatec v3. Not cheap, but probably the best piece of gear in my arsenal, and one I'm unlikely to ever outgrow.
Great converters; 2 ch spdif goes right into my MBP.
Dedicated MS processing matrix, insane gain, good meters.
It's also great in the field, though I don't have the battery rig. I use it with my Focusrite pro 10 when I need more inputs.
