I've actually enjoyed dealing with Izcorp. I'll call them every so often just for help with learning the system, or just to run routing ideas past them. They're always willing to talk through my ideas or issues. Try doing that with Digidesign! I'd wait on hold for 30 minutes before they tell me I have to pay them money for help because the $15k I gave them was more than a year ago.

I had some blue sky's and never really liked them. I was complaining about them on a message board here, and Pascal emailed me to make sure nothing was wrong with them. It was more of a taste issue, rather than anything being wrong. But I was amazed that he'd take the initiative to email me to check up on his gear.
