| I think you might be surprised by what you'd get away with on a 1Ghz machine and Logic 7.1. Logic is, after all, THE best CPU performer on a mac. If you stay away from too many instances of space designer and hogs like sculpture you should be fine. The RAM may be marginal but it's enough for the program - if you start sticking too many EXS24 instances with big samples you may be in trouble. RAM for a G4 is dirt cheap now anyway.
