I would move them further away from the window/wall.
I would also move allot of the clutter from on the desk as that is not helping and use some of that acoustic foam you have in a good place to help trap some frequencies. (The Clutter is in the way of the acoustic foam doing a better job)
You should also get a set of monitor pads to decouple your monitors of the desk.
As it is you are getting allot of reflections from the desk. I use a desk that size and monitor pads helped allot when placing them on the desk. I now have speaker stands to further correct issue's.
