How about: MPC1k + RM1X + Mopho/Evolver, Midiverb/Yamaha a4k/5k? It can be had for a grand in $. I hope that translates to € as I know you folks can have it rough.
The reverb is the weak link, but if after you're done you take it elsewhere, run it into a computer or keep things dry you're good.
I'm not including mixer or recorder, which would be helpful, but aren't an absolute necessity. You probably want to grab a patch-bay to save the jacks on the gear itself.
I like organizing my gear into smaller setups to work with. I find it makes me more productive. It's cool to read about different ideas. I do take everything onto the computer later. :p
