Wow, thanx for all the nice words

This workshop thing is going nuts. Even though there are only a few participants for August (the scheduling didn't work out for everybody), September already has 12 possible guests. Looks like I might have to start planing on number 3 (Maybe September 27th through October 5th?).

I emailed MPCist and told him about the possibility of shorter/cheaper workshops in the future. What I am thinking of is long weekends (my girlfriend is going to kill me...), Friday through Monday (4 days) but then split up into recording and mixing on different weekends. That might be more affordable, financially and timewise. Also, what about the possibility of a "get-out-of-the-box" ProTools mixing session, where people bring their PT files and we mix them together at WireWorld, outside of the DAW. Waddaya think?

As I mentioned above, Fletcher is helping out with a truckload full of compressors for the August and September sessions and it looks like we might have a Manley SLAM available as well. Even though one of these compressors will most likely make the permanent WireWorld equipment list, this will be a special bonus for these two first workshops.

Looks like we'll have some fun at the gear-fest.
