I thought I would share this story with you.

A while back we sent a demo SOC compressor to picksail in New Orleans. Picksail decided to keep the compressor, but before we had time to close the deal, hurricane Katrina hit the city.

Eventually picksail got back to his studio, which we have read previously was pretty well destroyed. So picksail packed up the SOC and sent it back.

This particular compressor has been shipped from NZ to Virginia, on to Dave Martin in Nashville, then out to alphajerk in Ashville then on to picksail in New Orleans. It endured the flood, then was sent to Florida and lastly back to New Zealand. Somewhere along the line the proper packing was lost, and it's just been wrapped in bubble wrap in a carton.

There are several broken toggle switches and the front panel is bent and there is a lot of rust visible, but it still works - perfectly!

I really don't know what I should do with it now. Any suggestions?
