Workflow generally consists of one of the following;me writing music with samples/synths and recording vocals with someone coming later to lay guitar or other vocals over; artist coming in to record vocals and guitar and me doing minimal production behind it; field recording and cutting to film; location recording and editing for podcasts; mastering of final productions
Hoping this is what you mean by workflow? With regards to what type of gear I need.. like mic preamp/interface/signal processors.. I would really appreciate any input as to what options would be the best to get first that would be the most versatile, the purchases aren't as often, or as big, as I'd like so I want to ensure what I get in these early stages will be a long term friend..!
