I recently have started actually using my modified NS-10Ts to mix, and I'm starting to understand the appeal.
But, they are my second set of speakers, not my primary. I am starting to really like them to check my mixes on, as they are radically different from my mains. But they are too harsh and have too narrow of a frequency range for me to enjoy mixing on them.
So, you might consider something with a little more freq width if these will be your primary speakers.
