I think Dave got tired of maintaining it and pulled it several years ago. I believe that several aspects of it became out-of-date. I don't have a copy, but others might. But I'm not sure it really matters - if you have some experience with tube electronics, all the information that you need to build one is now quite readily available online.

A lot of the chatter on the LA-2A seems to go on over at Prodigy Pro, and a perusal of this thread will answer many questions that might come up. Also, several hobbyists have documented their builds. The most comprehensive resource is probably at recproaudio. Also check out the DIY Factory build. Finally, I've almost completed my own build, which goes its own way in a couple of respects including layout and DC heaters, but is otherwise largely faithful to the original with the exception of a grid stopper here and there and the conversion of the limit/compress switch to a pot.
