Quite likely the Nvidia graphic-card may be a culprit in your system, but not because it lacks processing/drawing powers, but rather because it driver misbehaves.
Run DPC Latency Checker:

Change the Nvidia driver to Microsoft's "Standard VGA driver" via Device-Manager -> Update drivers - > Choose manually -> Choose from list.
