Cedar and Sonic NoNoise are the classics and still among the best. Sonic hasn't added new features in a while like other companies have, but the product is still one of the best quality clean up tools. Newcomers to take note of include Algorithmix. ReNOVAtor is on my short list of things to buy this year.
