It seems that for this demo, you get 30 "remaining restarts" of the plugin, after which it requires you to revalidate.
Does this requirement to revalidate after x restarts go away after buying a permanent license?
30 restarts of a plugin may sound like a lot, but I have all of my presets configured as separate channel strip presets in Logic. Every time I click a new sound, it restarts the plugin. I find using channel strips as presets to be much easier than trying to deal with proprietary GUIs for a dozen different plugins from different companies. The result is that I go through the "remaining restarts" very quickly and then I have to go into the elicenser software and revalidate over the internet. It's a big deal for a demo, but I definitely don't want to do this after purchasing.
I emailed Arturia, but have not yet received a response. To be fair, it's only been a day, but I thought someone here might know. |
Yeah it will just go away after your amount of starts have been used used. for me, once the demo period was over, it wouldnt let me even open the logic session where it was being used.
AND, they make great soft synths, but i wouldnt say arturia are the best at replying to emails.
