congratiulations for building that pre.
noise itself i find no problem at all, but do you have a guess, about that wild crackling noise my one pre does, that the other one doesn't? turning the gain full up it starts to be audible at a feedbacklevel of 3 at a normal listenig level.
guess i have to send it back? or is somebody here in europe able to fix it?
i really would need right now for the tracking i have to do, but can't use it like this.
in general, would you think it could help to put them in the rack with a lot of space around, to preserve them from to much heat, our you think it's no problem?
