ive got a set of 3-way ported technics circa 1985-1990, and a pair of panasonic bookshelf speakers from the early 90's, both with recievers that have various ghetto EQ's and a "bass boost"...unfortunately i dont have any real monitors right now, though 824s were my nearfields.
