Just digging out this thread so i can show my love for Xln Audio.
I had a problem with a damaged Retro drums disc just before x-mas (that i bought from a third party) But Xln sent me a link to download my product and sent me out a replacement disc also. I found they had really great support via e-mail as well.
I like to hear when people find that companies are helpful and have a solid customer support, so I just felt i'd share.
