Too bad for you that in the end the human hear is a greater subjective measure of preference than any of the measurements you seem to think are needed to determine the quality of sound of this room - which in the end is ultimately judged by the human ear - if that is satisfied, there is no further need to bicker any further about redundantly unnecessary specifics of the room that the ear cannot even distinguish the subtleties between.
