For software reverbs that can do that sound, I'd say Lexicon's Vintage plate definitely can. Also (to a lesser extent, but still very good) is Poor Plate.

Its free. Before there were any reverb plugins I loved, I used that plug for my go to long verb for vox. The clients were always happy!
And while not exactly a vocal reverb like what you are talking about, Valhalla Shimmer is over the top amazing.

For huge unreal spaces, it has no equal in software I think.
