You noticed Behringer has been sued by everyone from Mackie to god knows who else. Probably because Mackie has done a pretty good job protecting their circuits. Anyone dealing with "clones" really didn't take care of other areas of business. Maybe it was a simpler time, like when people didn't lock their doors. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure they'd sue if they could...

Agreed. I think the problem is alot of these circuits were patented way back but the patents expire.
