I personally find a lot of Primo stuff uninspiring myself, loved some of the stuff he did with Biggie and the Ganstar stuff and a few other bits. But yeah I find what I've heard of his new stuff to sound mid-late 90's sounding still. That may be a good thing to others, but I don;t see him pushing any envelopes now days.

Befor I get flamed...I have not heard that much new stuff.so maybe it's not a balanced view.

Have to say one thing though the way he makes his kiks and snares drop are defiantely written into Hip Hop history.
