| I cannot explain myself correctly... I haven't enough money to keep the 8900 and buy another comp, or keep both C12VR and the VM1. Probably I'll keep the 8900 (it's a better choice to sell one of my 2 Eventide Orvilles, even if I use them as water) but I think that sell the C12 to buy the VM1 could be a good choice.
I like the smooth sound of the C12VR but I may prefer the VM1. Right now I'm going to record acoustic guitars with ELUX, C12 and VM1 to understand more of the mics.
Selling the 8900 could let me have some more cash to pay another comp, like the MLA2 (Kats says that the Trakker with Kats mode could be better) and have some extra cash for the VM1. I don't know if it worth to sell a C12VR that I like for a mic that I like more but asks me for my blood... :-))
I like the transparence of 8900, that's why I'd like to keep it. |
