Ok, there's no scientific approach behind this design -- the only reasoning behind this (not new) idea here is that the lengths of the well medians come close to the ratio (with an average lenght error of 2,8%) as well as the enclosed areas (with an average area error as little as 0,38%). As for the losses I have no instrument yet to predict.
